The end of 2019 is already approaching. That is always a cliché moment, but also a good moment to look back on the past year. How many of your goals for 2019 did you achieve? What haven't you yet achieve but still find very important? And, what will your goals for 2020 be? With two inspiring speakers and a bouldering workshop, you can take the first steps for your 2020 goals.
The first speaker is Erik Smithuis who makes you stop and think about your priorities for next year and how to take the first steps. He will help you with a clear vision so that you focus on what is really important to you.
The second speaker of the day is Margaretha Schokker. She has the special quality to bring you into contact with your intuition, also called our emotional wisdom. You will learn to feel your goals internally through practical exercises and meditation. You will let go of what holds you back on a deeper level. This in turn creates a new awareness that makes it easier to really achieve your goals in the new year.
To reinforce your goals, you will be physically challenged after a delicious lunch. You will literally learn how to climb to reach your goal! Bouldering (unsecured climbing) is challenging, but when you reach the top it feels so good: you have learned something new and achieved something new. Achieving your goals becomes a physical experience. And it is also fun too!
