In 2003 I started with my business partner, Harrie-Peter Roefs, ICM Educational & Business Training Institute. ICM has grown into one of the three largest and most prominent institutes in the Netherlands. For six years in a row, ICM has been voted “Best Education institute in the Netherlands” and is in the top 3 of Great Places to Work. Since the start, more than 100,000 professional students passed through the doors of ICM.
My goal is to share my expertise and ideas as entrepreneur and motivational speaker with organisations and professionals to develop a positive personal leadership and magnify their successes.
In 2006 I founded 4YoungPeople, a foundation where thousands of Young Professionals are helped to discover and develop their talents.
